raccoon software package provides preparation of in silico drug screening projects, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install raccoon
raccoon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the raccoon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep raccoon *
You will get with raccoon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
